Our girls produce stunning pups with beautiful temperaments

All of our German Shepherds are comprehensively DNA tested and our hip and elbow scoring is done by a specialist in Australia.

We have a range of different coloured Shepherds.

We have Black, White, Brindle, Black and Tan, Blue and Gold and silver shepherds.

Our girls live with us on our farm and are excellent with farm animals including the horses, chickens, cows, cats and more.

They are smart, kind dogs who are very happy to relax in the shade while we are out doing things on the farm.

Our girls carry a range of colours, have wonderful flat backs and produce stunning babies with wonderful nature and beautiful looks.

Breeding German Shepherds and Clydesdales in King Country New Zealand

I'm so proud of how my garden is looking. My Dhalias are absolutely amazing and I'm so glad I took the time to put them in along with all the wild flowers I planted. Our driveway is looking incredible! #sabellafarms #farmlife #flowers

It was an eventful and unexpected evening here last night at Sabella Farms.. we are very very rural so its not often that we get people showing up out of the blue.. but thats exactly what happened... we had a young boy show up at our gate asking to use a phone. When we pressed him as to what he was doing out here he admitted to crashing into a paddock 🙄 Turns out that paddock was ours. And crash he really did... He took out about 20 meters of our road fenceline, demolished 2 posts and the car was upside down in one of our streams... 🙄 So after making sure he was ok we spent 2 hours in the dark trying to fix up our fence as that is a 60 acre paddock with our grumpy bull, sheep, cows, calves, and Clydesdale mares and foals in it so we had fix it up. So now we have a mangled car in our paddock and a line of fencing that needs to be replaced. Hopefully this kid and his family do the right thing and come and get their car out of our paddock and sort out the cost to fix our very mangled fence. Very good thing is the driver was fine and was eventually picked up by his mum after using our phone to call and text her. Never a dull moment around here... #farmlife #sabellafarms

Many of you have seen my last video of our bull and the fact he has started being aggressive. This is some footage I got of him today. You can see him leaving at the end so I stopped filming and he essentially ran around a small area and came straight back to try and attack us again. Pretty gutted that he has started doing this as he is such a beautiful boy but its now unsafe to enter our 60 acre paddock so have to sort something out! #farmlife #sabellafarms

Bit of drama and some surprises here at Sabella Farms the last few days 👀! Bit sad really but we have to do what we have to do I guess! #farmlife #sabellafarms

Being well supervised as we do the water for the mares and foals by Nam Nam and her bestie (who we found almost dead in the paddock last winter and who is now almost as big as Nam Nam 😱) The foals are growing so fast! In this video we have Rosie and Sterling our 2 filly foals we had this season 🥰 #farmlife #sabellafamily #sabellagermanshepherds #sabellaclydesdales

Testimonials from puppy owners

Erin was amazing when I first spoke to her. I had spoken to a couple of breeders previously but knew immediately that Erin was the breeder for us. We felt so comfortable that we ended up getting two puppies from her instead of just one! You can tell straight away that Erin absolutely loves her dogs, is super knowledgeable, completely honest and just wants the best for her dogs.

Fudge and Kev are now 4.5 months old and are just the most amazing dogs. They both toilet trained within the first week of having them and it is crazy how fast they pick up commands. They fitted into the family perfectly, love the kids and adore our older dog without overwhelming him. We often take them to the beach in Raglan and it's incredible that even off leash they are constantly checking in where the kids and I are and never roam far away.

We are always getting comments on how beautiful and well-behaved they both are. As much as I'd love to take the credit for their behaviour, this definitely shows the way they've been bred.

I'm so glad they are park of our family!
